Stacey Zynen Berg is the Sales and Leasing Associate at Iconique Real Estate. A Colorado native, Stacey graduated with a B.A. from Colorado State University in 2008 and began her real estate career immediately after, supporting a top-producing team in Colorado Springs for four years. She then moved to Westminster, Colorado, serving as an executive assistant at RE/MAX Alliance before transitioning into Denver's downtown market in 2014.

Stacey helped launch a boutique real estate company at a prestigious downtown Denver high-rise, where she executed marketing campaigns and managed client relations. She was later recruited to Sotheby's International Realty's downtown Denver office, where she managed operations for nearly five years before leaving to open Iconique Real Estate in 2019.

With experience across several established real estate brands, Stacey brings a streamlined, client-focused approach to every transaction in Denver's downtown condo and new development market. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.

Renee brings over 15 years of detail-oriented accounting and administration experience to Iconique Real Estate. When she wasn't keeping books or running an office, she was running pawn shops here in town. Negotiating is in her blood!! Be ready for her quick wit and sense of humor which is sure to put a smile on your face! Her husband Lucas is a talented chef and she is a proud mother to Chloe, and grandmother to Coraline. Outside of the office, you’ll find her reading any book she can get her hands on, camping (not in a tent or anything crazy like that), or online shopping, purses and earrings are the prizes she's after.

David Arnett brings more than 27 years of marketing, branding, and leadership experience to Iconique Real Estate, including extensive expertise in real estate and mortgage marketing. He began his career at a top marketing agency before founding and leading his own firm, developing strengths across graphic design, web development, SEO, social media, and television. David later served as Chief Marketing Officer for a national mortgage platform, leading multi-brand strategies and award-winning campaigns that delivered measurable growth. He brings this deep real estate marketing insight to drive results at Iconique.
